The advancement of digital transformation and the increasing complexity of organizational challenges require large companies to rethink their processes, operational models, and innovation strategies. However, many organizations struggle to integrate new technologies, optimize the experience of their employees and customers, and foster a sustainable culture of innovation.
My contribution
My role as an Innovation Consultant focused on helping companies tackle these challenges by combining Service Design, Design Thinking, and Engineering solutions to develop strategic projects that drive efficiency, engagement, and market differentiation.
My approach centered on:
Developing innovation strategies aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities, and connecting startups with large corporations.
Optimizing internal processes through automation and digitalization.

Open Innovation and Intrapreneurship were the main focus areas in the projects I developed. Each company faced unique challenges, but the need to structure an efficient innovation model was a common theme. My role was to ensure these initiatives were successfully implemented by connecting companies with external solutions and driving internal innovation.

Training and workshops – Facilitating innovation-driven sessions, combining Design Thinking, Service Design, and Agile methodologies to transform organizational culture
